Baheya Training Department is responsible for developing and implementing the training and development programs required by the job market, especially given the strong connection between the Hospital and market needs, which has enabled it to set priorities and include goals within its training programs. The Training Department at Baheya aims to enhance the skills of students and graduates by offering specialized training programs that meet the needs of the hospital and the job market.
Through cooperation protocols with several public and private universities, Baheya offers training programs with accredited hours. In its commitment to ensuring the highest quality of training content, Baheya has obtained accreditation from the American Association for Continuing Medical Education (AACME). The quality team responsible for overseeing training and development are continuously developing the training content to keep pace with the latest scientific advancements, and introducing additional programs to meet the needs of trainees in all medical specialties. The Training Department aims to provide medical training and scientific support to doctors and pharmacists, whether students or graduates, from inside or outside Egypt in all specialties related to breast cancer treatment.
In addition to providing medical and laboratory training for pre-graduation students of medical science faculties, Baheya also conducts training courses for students of nursing colleges and institutes.
